My husband and I can't afford anniversary gifts this year so we thought we'd make an art journal where we both record aspects of our life now - portraits of our children, where we live and important items to us. Neither one of us are artists so I thought Simcha Fisher's summer drawing project would be a good way for us to learn how to draw. And so we are moving our way through the book Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain. Hopefully you will see some real improvements by the time we have worked through it.
